Thirty 35g bars combining nuts and dried fruit in a chewy rather than crunchy format. The texture difference from the Crunchy oats and honey bars is substantial and is the main thing to decide between them: chewy bars hold together when eaten, crunchy ones shed crumbs. Nuts add fat and protein, which slows the sugar release compared with a purely oat-and-syrup bar. Individually wrapped.
