The Vomero is Nike’s most cushioned neutral road shoe, built around a thick, soft midsole for comfort over long distances rather than speed. Maximum-cushion shoes suit high-mileage runners, heavier runners and anyone who finds firmer shoes punishing on pavement. The trade is weight and a less responsive feel.
