A 200ml dermatological anti-dandruff shampoo from Vichy’s Dercos line, formulated with selenium disulphide and Vichy thermal water. This is the step up from mass-market anti-dandruff shampoo, intended for persistent or severe dandruff and seborrhoeic scalp conditions that have not responded to standard treatment. Priced accordingly, and worth it only if the cheaper options have genuinely failed. Recommended use is two to three times weekly rather than daily, often alternating with a regular shampoo.
