Two 425g bags of Duran’s Café de Altura. Altura means high-altitude grown, and altitude genuinely matters in coffee: cooler temperatures slow the cherry’s maturation, producing denser beans with more acidity and more complex flavour than lowland coffee. This is the step up from the traditional blend within the same brand. The twin pack lets you open one and keep the other sealed, which preserves aroma better than one large bag.
