Geisha grown and roasted by Janson Family in the Panamanian highlands, supplied as whole beans in a 250g bag. Geisha is the variety that put Panama at the top of the specialty coffee world, known for jasmine and bergamot aromatics, stone fruit sweetness and a light, tea-like body quite unlike ordinary coffee. Whole bean rather than ground preserves those volatile aromatics until the moment of grinding, which matters more with Geisha than with any other coffee. Best brewed as pour-over or filter.
