A running-specific cap, which differs from a casual cap in ways that matter once you are moving: lighter fabric, mesh panels for ventilation, a sweatband, and a shorter, lighter brim that does not catch wind. Priced above the casual caps for that construction. In a hot climate a ventilated running cap is substantially more comfortable than a cotton twill one, which becomes waterlogged with sweat.
