Three packs of Lavazza’s Il Classico, ground specifically for filter and drip brewing rather than espresso. Grind size is not interchangeable between brewing methods: espresso grind in a filter machine produces bitter over-extracted coffee, and filter grind in an espresso machine produces weak, watery shots. Lavazza is the largest Italian coffee brand and Il Classico is their medium-roast everyday blend. Three sealed packs stay fresher than one large bag.
