A silicone swim cap, which serves two purposes: it keeps hair out of the face and off goggle straps, and it reduces drag through the water. Silicone is more durable and easier to pull on than latex, and does not degrade in chlorine the way latex does. Many pools require a cap regardless. One size, stretching to fit.
